Ingredients:
6 egg yolks
150 g sugar
480 ml milk
240 ml cream
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
30 ml MaxAroma Apple Aroma
5-6 slices of dried apple for decoration
Preparation:
Mix the egg yolks and sugar in a large bowl until light and creamy. Add the milk, cream, spices (cinnamon, cloves, ginger, nutmeg) and mix well. Place the mixture in a saucepan and heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it thickens slightly and the temperature reaches about 70-75 degrees. Be careful not to boil it, as the eggs may solidify. When the mixture thickens slightly, remove from the heat and stir in the MaxAroma Apple Flavouring and allow to cool for a few minutes.
Put the eggnog in the fridge for at least 2-3 hours or overnight.
Mix the eggnog before serving and serve in glasses. Garnish with dried apples. Enjoy your meal!
