Ingredients:
240 ml milk
120 ml strong black coffee
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree (fresh or canned)
1 tablespoon honey
10 ml MaxAroma Gingerbread Spice Flavour
Preparation:
Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat, but do not boil.
While the milk is heating, prepare the coffee. When the milk is lukewarm, divide the lukewarm milk in half. To half of the milk, add the pumpkin puree, honey, MaxAroma Gingerbread Spice Flavouring, and coffee, and stir until smooth. Whisk with a milk whisk.
Pour a layer of milk into a glass beaker, then carefully pour a layer of flavoured coffee over the top, then spoon the foam over the top.
Serving:
Serve immediately, still warm, and enjoy the unique autumn flavours and aromas!
