In a separate bowl, mix the ground pistachios with the cinnamon and cloves to flavour the pistachios.
Separate the kadayif dough into 10 parts. Shape 5 dough balls into small boat shapes, one at a time, with a depression in the centre, into which you pour the flavoured ground pistachios. Roll the other 5 cups around the filled boat shapes. Place in a preheated oven at 200°C and bake for about 30-35 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
While the kadayif is baking, prepare the syrup. Stir in the MaxAroma Pistachio Flavouring, the lemon juice and remove from the heat.
When the pistachio kadayif is cooked, remove from the oven, place on a serving platter and drizzle with the warm syrup, garnish the top with pistachios.
