A little tuning up doesn’t hurt your foam coffee either! Dalgona

Dalgona coffee is a unique and trendy coffee drink inspired by the South Korean “Dalgona Candy”. This coffee is named after the creamy layer of foam that is placed on top of the coffee.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons instant coffee powder

2 tablespoons sugar (or more to taste)

2 tablespoons hot water

10 ml MaxAroma Coffee Flavour

200 ml cold milk

Ice cubes (optional)

Preparation:

Mix the instant coffee powder, sugar and boiling water in a high-walled pot.

Use a hand whisk or an electric whisk to get more air into the coffee foam. Whisk the mixture until it is light brown, thick and frothy. This usually takes about 5-10 minutes, depending on how strong your whisk and your hands are.

Mix the cold milk with the MaxAroma Coffee Flavouring. If you like, you can add a few ice cubes for a refreshing effect. Finally, carefully place the coffee foam on top of the coffee flavoured milk base.
