Dalgona is an extra frothy, trendy coffee cream made by mixing equal parts of instant coffee powder, sugar and hot water until creamy, then adding to cold or hot milk.
Ingredients:
25 ml MaxNatural KARAMELL Natural Flavouring
2 tablespoons instant coffee
2 tablespoons of granulated sugar
2 tablespoons hot water
3 dl cold or warm milk
Whisk the coffee, water and sugar with a whisk or hand mixer until the foam is light. You should get a firm, spoonable foam. Mix the hot or cold milk with the MaxNatural Caramel Natural Flavouring, pour into 2-3 glasses and spoon the coffee foam on top.
