Here is a simple recipe for chestnut hazelnut praline:

Ingredients:

400 g chestnut paste (canned or homemade)

150 g chopped roasted hazelnuts

30 ml MaxAroma Creamy Hazelnut Flavour

10 dkg cocoa powder

Preparation:

If you are not using ready-bought chestnut paste, prepare the paste first. To do this, boil the chestnuts until soft, then mash them with a fork or blend them and leave to cool.

In a bowl, mix together the chestnut paste, the chopped toasted hazelnuts and MaxAroma Creamy Hazelnut Flavouring until you have a smooth paste. If the mass is too soft and difficult to shape, chill in the refrigerator for a short time.

Take a teaspoonful of the chestnut and cream hazelnut mixture and shape into balls. Then roll in cocoa powder. Put back in the fridge until serving.
