Composition:
Artificial colorants fixed per colour on the bottle, distilled water, ethyl alcohol
Suggested use:
For colouring pastry creams, pastry, soft drinks, spirits, desserts, fondant, jelly, marzipan. Dosage: according to the desired intensity, usually 10 drops/10 dkg.
Avoid overdosing!
As published in the EU Regulation (EC) No 1333/2008, artificial colours containing the ingredients E110, E104, E122, E129, E102, E124 “may have an adverse effect on children’s activity and attention”.
Shelf life: until the date indicated on the label, which is 12 months from the date of manufacture (unopened), stored away from light and radiant heat.
