MaxGastro Chocolate flavour is a professional super-concentrate. Also suitable for bakery and frozen products.

Recommended dosage:
Ice cream: 1.0–3.0 g/kg
Confectionery products: max. 10.0 g/kg
Confectionery fat fillings: 3.0–10.0 g/kg
Bakery products: 4.0–10.0 g/kg

Ingredients: Water; flavouring; stabiliser: xanthan gum (E415); colours: tartrazine (E102*), azorubine (E122*) (*may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children); brilliant blue FCF (E133); acidity regulator: citric acid (E330); preservatives: sodium benzoate (E211), potassium sorbate (E202).

Storage: between +5°C and +22°C, protected from direct light, heat and moisture.
